Approval doctors needed for a company working in the field of medical services. Daily duties: • Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. Queries may range from coverage questions, network location, medical questions… • Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…) and Reply with approval decision (approved or rejected). • In addition to the above mentioned duties, Approval doctors are working during day & night shifts. • Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction. Job Requirements Qualifications: • Educational background: Medical Doctor . • Minimum two years of professional experience as medical doctor in Healthcare facilities (Hospitals). • Experience in medical insurance is a major plus. • Excellent verbal Communication skills. Excellent Listening skills. • Must be computer literate. • Excellent English Skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
