Approximately 50 members of the Foothill Band will be traveling to the MGM Convention Center on Saturday, April 26, 2014 to perform for the Keep Memory Alive convention. Performers include Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin, John Secada, Taylor Hicks, and Queen Latifa. All of this can be found on the Foothill H.S. Band Calendar. INFO BELOW: 1. General info 2. Itinerary 3. GENERAL INFO We truly apologize for this late notice, however we have been working with the production company to make this run as smooth as possible, that makes it more complicated for us to plan. We appreciate your patience. Some members of the Foothill High School Band will be traveling to MGM Convention Center on Saturday, April 26 for an event. It is important to note that we are BUSSING the students. Parents will not need to be driving. This will be a closed event and not open to the public. We are required by contract to have a certain number of students. These students have all said that they are able to attend. If for some reason, your student is not able to attend, please let me know ASAP so that we can line up a replacement. 2. ITINERARY 2:45 pm Arrive at Foothill with complete marching uniform, wearing bibs, black socks, drill masters. Bring jacket, gauntlets, gloves and instruments. 3:00pm LOAD BUS. Depart for MGM Grand Garden Arena 3799 S. Las Vegas Blvd Las Vegas, Nevada 4:00 pm Rehearsal 5:00 pm Dinner as directed by Mr. Pardee on MGM property.
