April 01 , 2014 _ 1410 N. Mack Smith: Police were called to the Superior Creek Lodge on a reported car burglary. According to a police report, the victim said she discovered someone had entered her car on Monday, March 24 and took a pink wallet with silver hearts on it. The wallet contained personal information and $200 cash. Officials with the motel told police that the security camera system to the building was inoperative at the time of the incident. No suspects reported. This is an issue that can be litigated in court as it gave the resident a False sense of security. Many courts have ruled in favor of the plaintiff in issues such as this.
