April 8th -- Big HOT Tuesday. Alas, Mexican last night was about a 5 (scale of 1 to 10) but hey, the company more than made up for the food with the basketball game in the background -- what perfection. Now, this morning, after breakfast, J.T. and I will brainstorm up plots -- thats always such fun -- then all the writers are here for lunch -- Ill take a photo and post it -- the only thing is, its going to be really hot here through the rest of the week. That is very bizarre for this time of year -- were talking shorts here, no shoes, maybe a sweat band, that sort of hot. Think of carrot cake, BBQ, onion rings, pumpkin pie, caeser salad, mashed potatoes, baked beans -- oh my, be still my clogging arteries. Yesterday you got your heart kicked up. Today, its stretching (dont fool around, really ease into it and do stretches for a good 5 minutes) then its on to 20 minutes hard cardio, then squats and lunches -- hands on hips, back straight, looking straight ahead -- and go for it -- BURN, baby, BURN --
