April 9th. Momentous day in Iraqi history. The anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayed Mohammed Baqr Sadr, murdered by Saddam in 1980. Also bitter sweet in that April 9th marked the end of Saddams rule but spelled the beginning of the barbaric American occupation.
