Archaeology of the Ancient Near East recently discovered a Crescent shape structure. The Monument is 492 feet long, making it longer than an American Football Field and is located about 8 miles northwest of the Sea of Galilee, Israel built about 5,000 years ago. It is a days walk from the ancient town of Bet Yerah whose name was associated with the moon god of Sin. The shape is of symbolic importance, as the lunar crescent is a symbol of the ancient Mesopotamian moon god named Sin. At the time of Mohammed there where over one hundred false gods worshipped by Arabs in the middle-east. The god Sin was one of these false gods. Mohammed did away with all the other false gods and choosing the false god Sin as the god that he adopted as the Islamic god Allah. Hence the Crescent Moon shape on all Islamic Flags.
