Archive 02 Our Financial Lexicon - Financial Report by Bob Ross for and on behalf of Musicians for Autism CIC dated 27th October 2014 Hello Please read the following attentively. For the purposes of clarity, transparency and avoidance of doubt, I hereby confirm and spell-out our Financial Protocol:101 Musicians for Autism CIC do not pay EXPENSES, (out-of-pocket or otherwise), to any person, company, or similar entity. Nor do we pay WAGES, SALARIES, FEES, DISBURSEMENTS, or any other FINANCIAL RECOMPENSE whatsoever, for labour, or any servitude undertaken on our projects, by any person, company, or similar entity. We will accept any help, and we will be most grateful, but subject to the provisos above. In effect, we have removed all of the capitalised words mentioned above from our financial word-bag, our financial lexicon. If you ask us to pay you any of the above, you will be declined, and this report cited as the our reason for non-payment. This will put you in a position of deciding whether or not to pursue litigation against us to recoup monies you may dispute from us. Please ensure your legal team have sight of this report prior to any legal discussions. What we will pay: We will pay the costs of Pressing and Mastering our CDs (about £1000 per 1000) We will pay our website genius, Casey Hodgson, £1 for every CD ordered from our website. Casey has earned less than £20 to date. Good value, dont you agree.? … We will pay fuel and reasonable running costs on the VWT5 van (reg. VK59 VCL) owned and used by me to conduct the Companys affairs and in particular, to distribute CDs to the support groups to whom we donate CDs. All out-of-pocket and other expenses MUST be met by the person, company, or similar entity helping us. I personally pay for any packing, postage and all other administration costs in filling orders received by us, and in donating CDs, out of my own pocket. Our first pressing of 1000 Infinitys Door CDs cost £900 This was met by an interest-free loan in the amount of £1000 made by me to Musicians for Autism CIC. I do not expect to seek repayment. We will accept any help from others, in labour or other terms, on the understanding that you support our aim of raising awareness and funds for local Autism support groups and that you are happy to meet any costs incurred by providing your help and support yourself. For any such help, we thank you, unreservedly.
