Are certain organizations/corporations within the government above the law? Organizations like Bayer have knowingly infected thousands of people with HIV, Oil industries dump copious amounts of waste into the Navajo Nation, and Monsanto has killed quite a few people with its many poisons over the years. These companies always buy into our government protection and lobby all the way up to having their execs on the supreme court and now this. Normally a company that treats its customers horribly would go out of business, but not when the government forces you to purchase its products . Is it necessary or beneficial to the average man for us to use most of our government to protect large corporations from the market or the consumer that pays the taxes to begin with? Or are large government protected corporations the only entities worthy of experiencing true law?
