Are cops supposed to serve and protect you? If your answer is Yes, and you believe that without any reservation, then you are WRONG! Rica and I were riding bikes around the school area in my neighborhood in Kingsgates area. As I crossed the street and Rica trailing me, the cop stopped for me. I waited for Rica on the other side of the street as Rica crossing by, this FREAKIN cops inching up the crosswalk WHILE I was watching.... There was no doubt that this Freaking cops saw Rica, but not stopping his freakin squat car at the stop sign. Damn this cops!!! For sure, I will make a formal complain to the Kirkland Police Department!!!
