Are heat and chemicals the enemy? So many people are against heat and chemicals when growing out long hair. I dont subscribe to that. You do not have to be natural. There are many women who have grown long hair while getting chemical treatments and straightening their hair. The key is knowing how to do it without damaging your hair.
