Are startups the new hipsters? Instead of solving billion-dollar problems, Europe is plagued by startups created for the sake of startup lifestyle. WSJs Ben Rooney has nailed it, again. There were 900 startups presenting themselves at last weeks Web Summit in Dublin, and I had an impression that I had seen half of them before. At least 5 taxi apps, at least 40 local tourism recommendation startups etc, you name it.
