Are there any real handy people out here? Or people willing to help with a project for next to nothing? (dont have much money) - I have a very small porch attached to a ramp and the rails are really loose on it - I know the whole thing needs to be replaced, but I can not do that right now financially; I thought maybe if someone had a hammer and nails they could tighten up my rails or at least tell me what I need to get to do it. I am afraid they are going to fall while someone is walking up steps or just plain blow away - again not a lot of money to spare :-)
