Are they ministers of Christ?-- I speak as a fool-- I am more: in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often.... in journeys often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen, in perils of the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; in weariness and toil, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.... (Paul, 2Cor.11:23,26-27) ~He eclipses all, doesnt he? I ask this question: What does it really mean to be serving Christ? What intensity and passion is therein involved? Will He accept any less? Here is someone to whom the world is a stranger and he to it... He doesnt seek comforts, he doesnt wish to settle down, he doesnt care what becomes of him, he doesnt dream of a home or family other than Christ... only if by any means somehow, he can pour out his entire soul and focus all his strength and affections to serve Him who alone is worthy to be served!~
