Are we really better off keeping nonviolent people behind bars in for profit prison centers? This whole NYPD not arresting or ticketing anyone they dont have to out of protest to their mayor ratting them out in the press saying he had to talk to his biracial son about behaving particularly subservient to police BECAUSE he looks black... that he shouldnt dress certain ways... etc. This hurt the cops feelings, so theyre hitting him back where it hurts, revenue. So, are the peace officers or muninciple (dammit, how do you spell that word) revenue officers?
