Are you a "Chronic Worrier?" Do you talk yourself into disappointment and problems? Worrying is a condition that is a behavior based on past events that become an identity. Letting go is becoming aware of "The Cause That Creates The Effect." Many times you grow up with worriers in your immediate family that becomes the window to your chronic worrying. Worrying leads to doubt, indecision and procrastination. Let go of what has not happened, be present and focus on what you can produce and results you can create. Be present and live in "The Now.!"
