Are you a baker looking for a job? We are looking for an experienced bread baker to help us grow! Rustica is known in the Twin Cities for our high quality, European style breads, pastries and desserts. We take a lot of pride in mixing every dough from scratch, being heavy on process, and hand shaping all our breads. We make naturally leavened and commercially yeasted breads. The baker we want to hire should have at least three years of experience in a commercial setting, mixing experience, and be comfortable with hand-shaping but also flexible enough to adjust to new methods, and should be comfortable baking on a hearth oven.
