Are you a new coach? I want to offer some perspective: You will never be as bad at being a coach as you are in your first six months. So keep that in mind, and dont be afraid to learn from your upline, do the Coach Basics program in the back office, and just fail over and over while you see why the fundamentals are so important. Dont expect yourself to perform with the efficiency of a 15 star diamond coach until you understand what this is really about. Ending the trend of obesity and helping people achieve their goals takes some finesse, and weve seen that the most successful coaches are the ones who create the best relationships with prospects, customers and coaches. But it takes time grasshopper.
