My CAMHS Choices is a freely accessible online resource featuring videos of real clinicians and young people talking about different aspects of CAMHS. This includes videos about the kind of help you might receive, questions about confidentiality and diagnosis, and what to do if things aren’t working out. This informative collection of videos and other resources have been created by young people in collaboration with the Evidence Based Practice Unit at University College London and Anna Freud Centre, Young Minds and Off the Record, Bristol.
