Also, we are looking for excellent Office-based ESL Trainer to strengthen our strategic position in providing quality education and satisfying services. Resposibilities: 1. Establish and enrich ESL training programs and materials. 2. Monitor and track e-classes, evaluate the performance of our teachers. 3. Coordinate and work with other training specialists to identify training needs of our teachers. 4. Conduct trainings for all English teachers. Ensure effective training delivery and transfer of learning. 5. Improve training system & processes at all times. 6. Document monitoring and training reports. 7. Perform other duties as assigned, such as Reporting. Requirements: 1. Bachelors/College degree and above, in any field. 2. Excellent English skills (expert/native proficiency in both oral and written English) 3. Profound knowledge in English grammar and can design ESL training program. 4. TESOL/CELTA, or any related certifications will be prioritized. 5. Ability to multi-task and work independently and efficiently. 6. Motivated, good attitude. 7. At least 2 years experience in the related field is required, preferably 2-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in ESL Training & Development or equivalent. 8.
