That includes Target, which is concerned about customer turnout. A year after the stores massive #databreach, Target is offering 10-percent off its gift cards on Black Friday. Last holiday season millions of customer accounts were compromised -- hurting in-store traffic all year. Target isnt the only retailer to see a big data breach. Home Depot customer information was also compromised. But data shows 45 percent of consumers have the same passwords and pin numbers as last year -- and many arent changing their shopping habits.
