Are you feeling anxious, a little out of sorts, perhaps your relationships are tense, things have been moving really quickly and you feel as though you have been riding down Grand Rapids? You arent alone. Whilst we may all be going through different events and have different circumstances we are all going through significant change at the moment. Just as the planet goes through changes so do we. Everything in our environment affects us whether we are aware of it or not. So how do we ride the Grand Rapids of life successfully? Breath in and out, deeply and slowly. Slow everything down. I know it feels like you need to keep up the pace so you arent left behind. This illusion will see you at risk of capsizing your raft. If you slow down, you can allow the flow to occur without fighting against it. If you dont fight against it you are more able to observe what is going on and make well informed decisions and take well informed actions. Let go of the need for control and relax into the ride. When you look back at the journey you will be amazed at how far you have come. Love & light x
