Are you getting ready for the festive season? Its certainly getting colder in Derby now (we are expecting some snow this week!) and I find myself turning on the heater in the office more often. Tomorrow, well do some spring cleaning at work to distract ourselves from the icy cold outside. Our cover photo is now matching the season as well! I cannot wait to spend Christmas with my family in Germany - I am beyond excited (and counting the days like a maniac, haha). - Kai.
