Are you growing or are you just growing old? A great man of God, TL Osborn said,”work on yourself; don’t work on having anything because with who you are, you will have”. Invest in your personality. Let everyday of your life be an improvement on the previous. Your success in life is from within you. The bible says out of the hearts are the issues of life (proverb 4 verse 23). The cars, children, houses and dominion you want to experience in this world are from within you. Draw them from within you. Scripture says in John 7 verse 38, “out of your belly (innermost being, that is your heart) flows rivers of living water (prosperity, success, long-life, and dominion)”. Read books, attend seminars that spur you up for excellence. You can’t be poor in your mind and be mistakenly rich. Never get too busy trying to take time to renew yourself. When you develop yourself, you are keeping yourself sharp and better equipped so that you can better deal with life’s issue. Whatever you can’t get in your spirit, you can never get in this world. Always take time out to rest also because if you don’t rest, you will soon be laid to rest. Always renew and strengthen your body, brain, spirit and soul regularly.
