Are you having trouble sleeping, craving sweets and or losing your motivation to do fitness? If you are then you might be overtraining and need to take a step back from your approach and rethink your plan. Getting the proper rest at night, giving your body a day off or sometimes two days off when really going hard is recommended. Also making sure that you are eating properly to ensure you have the right fuel to restore your body is crucial. Listen to your body because overtraining can lead to injuries and no one wants to be slowed by an injury. Do this and your body will thank you.
