Are you interested in being a part of MCC’s Student Body? Perhaps you’d like to be a candidate for a position on the Student Senate for the 2014-2015 academic year? Interested candidates will need to obtain a copy of the candidate petition by contacting John Dabeet or Erika Battern by Wednesday, April 16th. Completed applications will need to be returned to Erika by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 17th. Elections will be held in the Student Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22nd. Candidates who are interested in running for Sophomore Student Senate, will need to have a 2.0 gpa and have completed 29 credit hours by the first day of the fall 2014 term. Best of luck to those who wish to obtain a seat on the Student Senate. For those who wish to vote, please come to the Student Center next Tuesday (April 22nd) between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and vote.
