Are you interested in one to one Personal Development and Coaching Support? PATH (Scotland) received funding from the Big Lottery Fund to fund its Positive Moves in the Workplace project, which aims to support Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) individuals who work, or aspire to work, in housing or related sectors to make the transition to more senior, supervisory or management roles. The project will help the individuals concerned improve personal skills whilst being supported in planning career development. Mentoring support will also be provided to help access employment, retain jobs and support further progression The sessions will be provided by experienced tutors on a one to one basis and can take place at work or at an alternative venue. 6 sessions will be provided over the course of a year.
