Are you listening to your customers? No, really? How many companies continue with bad service or products despite all the evidence that consumers are unhappy? They either are oblivious, ignore it, try to hide it or just figure there is nothing they can do about it. Not Hootsuite. When customers hate tweeted them they owned it.
