Here’s the job description: 1. Manage leads in our companies CRM. 2. Met with sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash. 3. Build rapport with sellers, overcome objections and get the contract signed. 4. Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects. 5. Must be motivated to bring in outside business. 6. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff. Here’s what the idea of what the ideal candidate will look like: They’re between the age of 45-60 and loves talking and building rapport with people. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in sales and is not afraid to close the deal. He or she will be sincere, genuine and must have integrity. The perfect candidate will be detail orientated, well organized and able to navigate a computer with speed and ease. Because there is a base plus commission, the ideal candidate will be hungry to get more business and isn’t afraid to take appointments on evenings or weekends. (not all the time of course).
