Description: Produced and promoted by HUKA Entertainment and created with the Rock the Ocean Foundation, the Tortuga Music Festival returns to the sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach Park April 12-13 with multiple award-winning recording and performing artists including Luke Bryan and Eric Church. The Tortuga Music Festival serves to celebrate the event’s oceanfront setting, raises awareness about issues impacting the world’s oceans, and supports marine research and conservation. Last year’s event raised more than $70,000 for the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation and other marine conservation organizations. HUKA Entertainment will host a public meeting to discuss the pedestrian access plan for the 2014 Tortuga Music Festival. The public meeting will take place on Monday, March 24 at 6 p.m., in the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex Dive Team Room, located at 501 Seabreeze Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Please be aware that the sidewalk and parking lots extending though Fort Lauderdale Beach Park will be closed at various points beginning April 2 through April 16 for the Tortuga Music Festival.
