Are you looking for a nice home at a decent price in a good area??? I will be putting my home up for sale in approximately 3 months (maybe less) so Im looking for people who may be interested in it now before I move out. The mortgage will be interest-free so $32,000.00 will be all you pay over the term. Alot of my furniture and stuff will be thrown in with the purchase, you can keep it, use it or sell it. This would also make an excellent summer home too if youre from out of state and would like a 2nd home here in Maine. Im going to sell it on a first come - first served basis, NO EXCEPTIONS.
