Are you looking for job security? I had a very interesting conversation with a Lady today. She told me she was stressed out because the company she works for is letting employees go on a daily basis and forcing employees into early retirement. I told her I can relate because I went through that 14 months ago. She tells me she has to find a job with job security because she is a single mother of four girls. I told her if you are trying to find job security at a place you have to punch a time clock or salary paid(slavery) GOOD LUCK WITH THAT !!! I went on to tell her if she was hungry enough to succeed and passionate, self motivated, go getter and had a positive attitude. PLEXUS IS THE PLACE TO BE !!! She said what if they go under. I couldnt help but laugh and I explained to her that a Company that is 100% debt free and is on track to be a BILLION dollar company in 2015 is not going under. The only place plexus goes is on vacations, retreats and conventions 3 to 4 times a year and the best part. THEY TAKE US WITH THEM and we are pampered and treated like ROYALTY. The best part you can make 4 digit commission checks within 2 months and weekly bonuses but, that depends on how hungry you are to succeed. As the saying goes... WE WORK HARD BUT WE PLAY HARDER !!! She says what if I cant do it. I told her I can and will turn her cant into I CAN, I WILL, WATCH ME as long as she was eager to learn.
