The starting pay rate for these positions is $13.30 per hour. The hiring criteria is as follows: 1) You must be at least 18 years of age. 2) You must successfully pass a hair follicle drug screen. 3) You must undergo a nationwide criminal background check. 4) You must have a Work Keys certificate with a score of at least 4. 5) You must undergo and pass an extensive physical as these positions are physical demanding and require standing for long periods of time, bending, twisting, lifting, etc. 6) Prior factory experience is a plus but is not mandatory. 7) You must be able to work 12 hour shifts and overtime as required. 8) These positions are temp to hire with higher pay and benefits when you convert to full time employment with this great company.
