Are you over weight ? Are you doing ab workouts to get lean / working on stability ? If so why ? Did someone recommend it to you? If it was me trying to drag you into a class or doing it after a session to burn more calories. If so Im sorry. Its a waste of time doing ab work outs if your over weight as your hip alignment will be out and when you start to get leaner your stability and abs will have to be done all over again.
