Are you really saved according to the WORD of GOD? This means we don’t even get to keep a slice of control over our lives, God gets it all. Declaring He, Christ Jesus, is ‘Lord over my life’ means He HAS TO BE LORD (Lord: One Who has authority, control, or power over others; a master, chief, or ruler). God has to be ruler over your life, your whole life (Luke 10:25-28), even the areas I am made to think, or think are unimportant to sift under God’s Word. This is the will of God, those who make it to the Kingdom of Heaven are those who do Gods will. No matter how much we would like to hide behind the wall of “I didn’t know” hence I did or still do x,y and z… we can’t. Willful ignorance cannot be a front.
