Ice breaking, getting to know one another. 3:45-4:45: A panel talk about the industry that the professionals come from. 4:45-5:00: Q and A section 5:00-6:00: Break down into groups of 1 professional and 3 - 4 students. Each group interaction will last for 30 minutes before rotating. (One rotation = group of students talk to a new professional). 6:00-6:30: Closing remarks. Collect feedbacks. After event networking 6.30-8.00: Dinner with guests at a downtown Boston restaurant (Optional). -- Regional Meetup is an invaluable opportunity where Vietnamese undergraduates in the U.S. can get a first-person glimpse at their interested careers.
