Are you willing to take the plunge for Special Olympics? The Polar Plunge for Special Olympics will take place for the 2nd year at the Enniscorthy Strawberry Fair on Saturday 21st June. This fun, unique event will help to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics. The event involves willing volunteers “Taking the Plunge” for Special Olympics, by jumping into a freezing cold outdoor plunge pool. The cold feeling will only be short lived… while the positive impact it will have on Special Olympics athletes will last a lifetime. Would you, a friend, your club or colleagues commit to grin and “bear” it for the athletes of Special Olympics, by taking a dip on Saturday 21st June; anytime between 10am-6pm.
