Are your donors experiencing issues donating to you? Are they being asked for their credit card security number but there is nowhere to input it on the donation form? This is a known issue with certain versions of Internet Explorer (specifically version 8) and JavaScript. The system we use to host our donations unfortunately relies heavily on JavaScript and when JavaScript is not enabled on a donors computer, they are unfortunately seeing the wrong donation form. This happens mostly on computers at workplaces. There are 3 ways to get around this until a fix has been implemented: 1) Enable JavaScript by going here: support.microsoft/gp/howtoscript 2) Use a different web browser, like Chrome or Firefox, or try the donation again on a home computer 3) Call Natalie at 416-785-0449 ext 221 to process the donation over the phone We appreciate your patience as we work through fixing this issue to make donations as easy as possible.
