Area 10 can start putting it out today. Area 9 bulk trash collection begins the 29th. (Area 9 includes homes east of 7th Ave. and area 10 covers residents west of 7th Ave.) It is a violation of City ordinance to place bulk trash out more than one week before the published collection start date.
