Area Technical Coordinator Wanted at World Vision International | INGO Jobs in Nepal Area Technical Coordinator Wanted at World Vision International | INGO Jobs in Nepal Position: Area Technical Coordinator -MCHN (one) Job Location: Eastern and Western Rural Area Development Programmes (ADPs) Work Purpose: To ensure Maternal Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) technical interventions are delivered to a high quality, and in alignment with WVIN’s MCHN secondary strategy. This includes providing direct coaching to the WVIN NGO partners that work on MCHN to ensure they have the capacity to deliver their requirements, and will have to monitor work to assess the quality of implementation. Minimum Qualifications and Experience required: Pls click HERE for Job Description Bachelors’ Degree (preferably Masters’ Degree) in Public Health/Health Education with at least three years work experience in relevant field Good knowledge of community based health projects and good understanding on current developments and emerging issues of MCHN Good knowledge on MCHN Proven skills for conduction, research and studies in the areas of MCHN including data management, evaluation, and monitoring processes Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation Ability to operate effectively and sensitively in the cultural context of Nepal Willingness to commit to World Vision ethos, vision, mission and core values Experience in using logical frameworks, project evaluation and monitoring Strong facilitation skills, including catalysing, connecting, and building the capacity of community groups Self-motivated, confident, independent, creative with strong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality Positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people Good report writing skills; with fluency in Nepali and English – both oral and written Excellent communications and negotiation skills Interested candidates fulfilling the criteria mentioned above may CLICK on Application for Employment Form to get Application Form and submit the completed ‘Application for Employment Form‘ to the address mentioned below by THURSDAY, 28 AUGUST 2014 BEFORE 5:00 PM.
