Argon Industries, a rapidly growing contract manufacturer of light to medium sheet metal components, has opportunities for motivated, driven and career orientated individuals, to join our proud and successful team for the following positions: Customer Service/Inside Sales Powder Coat Painter The Customer Service/Inside Sales position is responsible for maintaining daily contact and communications with customers; ensuring close and positive working relationships and developing and maintaining systems to improve departmental activities. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for contract reviews, printing work instructions, scheduling orders, entering customer orders into the computer system accurately and efficiently, and tracking orders. The Powder Coat Painter will be expected to set up and operate powder application equipment including powder guns, hoppers, and powder booths while painting various shapes and sizes of steel and aluminum components on a moving conveyor line. The Painter will set up and safely operate all production equipment while maintaining set quality standards which meet or exceed customer expectations. The qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
