Arguing over whos right it wrong via the Internet about cats vs bicycles is stupid. Get off your asses an go read the laws and regulations. Hi learn what your state has to say about right of way. Minnesota law vs Iowa law are two different things as well as in every state. For the record, in most states bicycle have to follow the same rules as cars do being a wheeled vehicle! The only time a bicycle is not supposed to be on the road is when there is a bike lane specifically painted on said road! Most common law in most of the state in the US! Dont believe me? Get off your ass and go read it for yourself.
