Ariston and I are watching an amazing show currently, and I just want to give it a shout out. Brody Stevens: Enjoy it! Is a docuseries following Steven Brody Stevens, who has struggled with mental health issues and confronted a break down which brought his friends such as Zack Gallifinakis and Dave Rath to facilitate help to getting Brody admitted to UCLA psyh ward. I think the best part is how caringly and swiftly these group of actors/film crew reacted to an obvious mental breakdown which deterred something unimaginable from ensuing. I think its absolutely critical now a days to understand this sort of thing because I would say these issues are more prevalent than we imagine, and mental health issues are very misunderstood, and this sort of perspective on it really cracks it wide open.
