But broken treaties, land loss, the end of communal living, and attempts to diminish their unique language and culture led to the establishment of a second Ioway Tribe and their own trail of tears. Kelly Rundle, along with wife Tammy, formed their independent production company Fourth Wall Films while living in Los Angeles where they resided for 18 years. They are now based in Moline, Illinois. In addition to the Emmy® nomination, Kelly and Tammy are the recipients of two Telly® awards, multiple film festival awards, numerous film festival Official Selections, and more than a dozen Humanities Awards.
