Arlington Park Apartments, Bloomington Indiana. Starting Saturday 8-31-13 at 8AM human waste began to back up into at least 7-8 apartments. Management has refused to pay for rooms or move these people to other apartments. A disabled American vet. is one of those people. They have had no water or bathroom since Saturday yet the office still does nothing to move people until the clean up is done once they fix the problem. The maintenance man told one women who opened her apartment up to the local newspaper that they must all leave, including the woman whose apartment is was. The office number is 1-812-323-2001 and the managers name is Debbie.
