Army SPC Roberto (Robert) Reyes Jr. was ejected 20-feet in the air - TopicsExpress

Army SPC Roberto (Robert) Reyes Jr. was ejected 20-feet in the air from his vehicle after it was struck by an improvised explosive device (IED) while serving in Iraq in 2005. The impact of his fall and shrapnel embedded in his head from the explosion resulted in severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) and partial paralysis. Because his aunt and uncle don’t have a home with a lift system Roberto has been living at a Community Living Center for the past ten years. They will be able to finally bring Roberto home when his specially adapted home in Hawley, Pennsylvania is complete. The Kick Off Event for his home is next weekend: hfotusa.org/reyes
