Army arrests two labourers in north Kashmirs Kupwara KUPWARA — Two youth were arrested on Monday by Army in north Kashmir’s Sogam in Kupwara district, according to the locals. Eyewitnesses said two youth working as labourers in Degree College Sogam from HMT Srinagar were boarding a Sumo (JK09-4258) when Army personnel from 28 RR stationed at Gujarpati, Lasipora Sogam dragged them off the vehicle and took them along to their camp. It was not immediately clear why these youth were detained. Eyewitnesses said that these two youth working from a long time in Degree College Sogam.
