Around here it should be assumed that Things That Go Wrong ought to be, first and foremost, ascribed to the presence and activity of wildlife. Turns out Laurent spotted a big hole in our ATT service box that had been chewed by a squirrel and inside the wires were in the same state. He reached in, twisted the wires together with a pair of needle nose pliers, eh, voilå! Telephone and Internet! There is still some sort of problem upstream of us and others in the neighborhood but for now we have full service.
