Arrived home after what could be described an incredible trip to Chiang Mai, the only down side was upon arriving at Syd airport, happy cabbie (Airport shuttle service to Newcastle) kept us waiting for 4 hrs in the airport before bringing us home, they were waiting for other planes to arrive, in all 7 hrs before arriving home from Syd. What a totally unacceptable business behavior, their service may be call happy Cabbie but I am not one happy customer. Guess who is getting a call on Mon morning? no prizes for getting it right?
