Arrived in Moscow yesterday and announced to Neil how I never get jet lag anymore. Fell asleep on our way to the Christmas market early evening. Then again, on the way home. Then managed to stay wide awake until 11pm and went to bed, feeling extremely smug. The next day when I surfaced 14 hours later (!!) at 2.30pm Neil burst into the kitchen saying: You MUST tell me your marvelous secret how not to get jet lag. Now at 9:24am the next day without a wink of sleep ALL NIGHT last night, I am thinking, I would like to know that secret myself! New plan to stay awake all day (no naps!), borrow a sleeping pill tonight and wake up tomorrow with no jet lag. Maybe. Thank the lawd my gigs dont start til Thursday!
