Is this the kind of man you can accept in your government? Lying through his teeth to you on national television news and attempting publicly to ridicule and discredit those who challenge him - putting ecology and human life at grave risk in order to protect his wider personal interests? If you havent seen/heard this yet, just watch and listen to the reprehensible gall of the man. It is almost certain that some of Tethys Petroleums conventional wells in Central Asia have employed hydraulic fracturing as a well stimulation technique - in line with Lilleys own definition of the term. However, Tethys has also recently acquired PEDLs in Georgia with known shale reserves which will almost certainly seek to use high volume hydraulic fracturing techniques.
